Mike Liddell, Chairman
Mike Liddell has served as Chairman of the Board since June 2006. In addition to his responsibilities with Great White Energy Services,
he has been a director for Gulfport Energy since July 1997 and Gulfport's Chairman
of the Board since July 1998. Previously he served as Gulfport's President
from July 2000 to December 2005.
Since 2005, he has served as Chairman of the Board and a director of Windsor
Energy Resources, Inc. Windsor Energy Resources, Inc. is an independent energy
company focused on the exploration, exploitation and development of both conventional
and unconventional onshore oil and natural gas reserves.
From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Liddell served as a director of Bronco Drilling Company,
Inc., a provider of contract land drilling services. In addition,
he served as Bronco's Chairman of the Board from 2005 to 2007.
In the 1990s he served as Chief Executive Officer of DLB Oil & Gas, Inc.,
a publicly held oil and natural gas company, from 1994-1998. Prior to that,
he was President of DLB Oil & Gas from 1991 to 1994. He was a director
from
1991 to 1998.
He was also President and Chief Executive Officer of DLB Energy from 1979 to
1991.
Mr. Liddell received a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Oklahoma
State University.
