Jerome Loughridge, COO


Jerome R. Loughridge, thirty-six, is Chief Operating Officer of Great White Energy Services. Loughridge joined Great White in 2006 from Appian International, a real estate finance and development company he founded in Dallas, Texas, and subsequently sold. Loughridge formerly traded crude oil futures and options through the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) at Williams Energy Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma. From 2003-2004, Loughridge served as a White House Fellow and Special Assistant to Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, specifically assigned as a member of the Coalition Provisional Authority on Iraqi reconstruction, where he served both at the Pentagon and in Baghdad. He previously worked as chief of staff at Baylor University. Loughridge holds a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a Master’s from Harvard University.
